By accessing or using MusiKeys ("the Service"), operated at getmusikeys.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MusiKeys provides a platform for browsing and downloading public-domain classical piano sheet music in PDF format. The Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected interval (monthly or yearly). You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's refund policy.
All sheet music scores on MusiKeys are sourced from the public domain. The Service's design, branding, code, and original content remain the property of MusiKeys. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the Service itself.
You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials; (b) attempt to circumvent access controls or subscription requirements; (c) use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MusiKeys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth).
Payment information: Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store credit card numbers. We receive your subscription status and transaction identifiers.
Usage data: We log which scores you download to provide the Service and improve our catalog.
We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain your account; (b) process subscriptions; (c) deliver downloaded scores; (d) communicate service updates; (e) improve the Service.
Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use row-level security, encrypted connections (TLS), and hashed passwords. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.
We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your authentication session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
